The Initiative is interested in anything that encourages self-sufficiency and citizen participation in government.
The Initiative also focuses on advancing knowledge of government at all levels including; local/municipal,county, state and national.
The Initiative is designed solely to encourage citizen participation in; education, neighborhood participation and monitoring of all government organizations and their activities (I.e., School Districts, Municipal, State and Federal Government activities and services).
The Initiative further provides insights into how to become more effective and active as a "concerned" citizen and how people organized as "Communities of Interest" can retain greater control of their lives and the lives of their families.
Areas of concern include; 1) local quality of life, 2) effectiveness of provided services, 3) responiveness of our elected officials, 4) how our taxes are being spent and conserved and lastly. 5) Global decisions that are being made that will impact your life forever!
